- Meet & assist on arrival.
- Accommodation on double sharing basis (01 DBL).
- Daily breakfast at hotel
- Exclusive 01 non AC Wagon R / Tata Sumo similar as per itinerary not at disposal. Please brief to guests that the vehicle will not be at disposal & it will be available to guests as per itinerary only (point to point basis).
- All permit fees & hotel taxes (as per itinerary).
- Air fare extra
- Cost for supplementary service, optional tours, upgradation charges, guide, camera fees, parking charges, entry fees to monuments & places.
- Any air fare/train fare/helicopter fare.
- Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, tips, Mineral water, soft/hard drinks, cable car ride, rafting, toy train).
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicles, other than mentioned in our itinerary.
- If any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc.(The same need to be borne by the client & need to pay directly on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Room Heater Charges.
- Travel Insurance.
- Anything which is not included in the Package inclusion.
Payment Terms
For Flights: For Air Tickets you need to pay full amount as we will instantly book & forward the tickets to you at the same time. To book tickets we need full payment + Name as per passport OR your passport copies.
Land Package (Hotels + transport etc) : You have to deposit booking amount INR 15,000 /- (Fifteen Thousand Only) initially as a booking token amount to lock the price and process your booking which you can make instantly through the below link using your credit/ debit card :-

Cancellation Policy
- Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost.
- 30 to 15 days- the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
- 15 to 7 days- the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
- Less than 7 days – Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
- No show -Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
